Miaudoku Feedback
Some people have asked where they can leave feedback for Miaudoku. This blog already has a comment section, so let's use it. Feature requests, bug reports, suggestions, and feedback on what you enjoy are all welcome.
You can also write in the Miaudoku Reddit thread. I may notice replies there a little more reliably, so use whichever you prefer.
For the story behind the game, read Making Miaudoku.
A Few Ground Rules
- Keep comments and replies focused on feedback. No posts just showing off scores, achievements, or completed puzzles.
- Criticism is welcome; insults, harassment, and spam aren't. I may remove comments that don't follow these rules.
- Use one thread per bug or idea. If someone has already raised it, reply there.
- Keep personal information, passwords, private messages, and exported game progress out of comments and screenshots.
- Solutions and completed boards are allowed when needed to explain feedback. Identify the puzzle and explain what you're showing. Expect spoilers here, including in screenshots.
What Helps
For feature requests and suggestions, tell me what you'd like and why it would improve the game for you.
For bugs, describe what you expected, what happened, and how to reproduce it. Include your device, browser or installed app, and game version if available. For puzzle or hint problems, include the mode, size, difficulty, and puzzle identifier or daily challenge date. Screenshots help too.
I work on Miaudoku in my own time, so I can't promise a reply, a deadline, or that every request will make it into the game. The comments don't send reply notifications, so check back for answers. To delete your comment later, set and keep a deletion secret when posting; don't reuse a password.
Thanks for helping me improve the game.
